All services are delivered according to the selected package and the information provided by the client through the Website Requirements Form.

2. Project Requirements

• The client must provide all necessary content, including text, images, logos, and preferences.

• Work will begin only after receiving the completed Website Requirements Form and full initial payment.

• Delays in providing content may affect delivery timelines.

3. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required before the project begins.

• Ongoing services such as maintenance and advertising require monthly payments.

• Failure to pay monthly fees may result in service interruption or suspension.

4. Packages & Pricing

DewWeb offers the following packages:

Standard Package – $200

• Basic website (Home, About, Services, Contact)

• Hosting included

• Monthly maintenance required: $50/month

• Additional changes: $20 per session

Premium Package – $400

• Advanced website with additional pages

• Hosting and maintenance included

• Monthly advertising services (approx. 4,000 people reached per month, not guaranteed interactions)

• Monthly fee: $100/month

• Additional changes: $10 per session

Maintenance is required to ensure website performance, security, and availability.

5. Revisions and Changes

• All change requests must be submitted clearly.

• Changes are billed per session according to the selected package.

• Excessive or unclear revisions may result in delays.

6. Delivery & Acceptance

• A website is considered delivered once it has been made visible or accessible to the client.

• By accessing or viewing the website, the client automatically accepts the delivery.

7. Ownership & Control

• All websites, domains, and hosting services are managed and controlled by DewWeb.

• The website is created for the client’s use; however, DewWeb retains control over the technical infrastructure.

• Continued access to the website depends on active maintenance and payments.

8. Refund Policy

• A full refund is available only if the website is not delivered within 7 days after receiving the completed Website Requirements Form.

• No refunds will be issued once the website has been delivered.

9. Limitation of Liability

DewWeb is not responsible for:

• Business performance or results

• Customer acquisition

• Advertising outcomes or conversions

10. Service Suspension

• Services may be suspended if payments are not made on time.

• A grace period may be provided before permanent cancellation.

11. Modifications

DewWeb reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
