1. Refund Policy

At DewWeb, our goal is to provide high-quality web design services for small businesses. To ensure transparency and clarity, please review the following:

  • Full refund is available if the website is not delivered within 7 days after receiving the completed Website Requirements Form.

  • Once the website has been submitted and made visible to the client, it is automatically considered delivered, and no refunds will be issued.

  • The creation of a website involves significant labor, time, and resources. Refunds will not apply once the site is delivered.

  • Maintenance is required to keep the website active, secure, and updated. This applies to both packages:

Packages & Maintenance Fees:

  • Standard Package: Monthly maintenance $50/month, additional changes $20/session

  • Premium Package: Monthly maintenance & advertising $100/month, additional changes $10/session

2. Ownership & Domain

  • All websites and domains created by DewWeb remain the property of DewWeb.

  • The website is developed for the client’s use, but DewWeb retains control over the domain and hosting.

  • Clients receive full access to the website content, but management, security, and hosting remain under DewWeb’s administration.

3. Delivery & Acceptance

  • Once DewWeb makes the website visible to the client, it is considered officially delivered.

  • By viewing the website, the client acknowledges that the site is complete according to the submitted Website Requirements Form.
